Donovan Bixley Books

Donovan Bixley ONZM has sold many thousands of copies of his books worldwide and many have been translated into different languages including te reo Maori.

He has won many awards for his illustrating and writing, as well as the Children's Choice award in 2013. His Flying Furballs chapter series has been credited with keeping young boys reading as the follow the adventures of pilot, Claude D'Bonair.

In 2021 he became an Officer of the Order of New Zealand.

His unique style of illustration brings joy to many readers, both young and old.

He lives in Taupo, New Zealand with his wife and three daughters.
